RUBY APPLE JELLO SALAD 1 (6 oz.) pkg. cherry Jell-O 1 1/2 c. water 2 c. applesauce 1 can mandarin oranges 1 c. finely diced celery Dissolve cherry jello in boiling water. Add applesauce. Add mandarin oranges and finely diced celery to gelatin mix- ture. Mix well. Pour into mold and chill until firm.
