ORANGE SHERBET SALAD 1 c. water 1/4 c. lemon juice 1 (6 oz.) pkg. orange Jell-O 1 pt. orange sherbet 16 oz. can mandarin oranges, drained Bring water and lemon juice to boil and add to Jell-O. Dissolve thoroughly. Add sherbet, stirring until melted. Fold in oranges. Pour into partially oiled 1 quart mold and chill.
