PRETZEL LAYERED JELLO First Layer: 2 c. lightly rolled pretzels 3/4 c. melted butter or oleo 3 Tbsp. sugar Grease a 9 x 13-inch pan. Mix lightly rolled pretzels, melted butter or oleo and sugar; spread in pan and bake at 400 degrees for 10 minutes. Cool. Second Layer: 8 oz. cream cheese 1 c. sugar 2 c. Cool Whip Cream together cream cheese and sugar; add Cool Whip. Spread over pretzel layer. Third Layer: 1 large strawberry jello (6 oz. size) 2 c. boiling water 2 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen strawberries, partially thawed Add boiling water to strawberry jello and partially thawed strawberries. Refrigerate until thickened. Pour over cream cheese layer and refrigerate until set.
