KEN'S ONION SOUP 3 Tbsp. butter 6 c. broth made from consomme 3 large onions or more to suit taste 1/4 tsp. pepper dash of dry sherry shredded cheese for top Saute onions in butter to very brown, but not burned. Add broth and pepper. Cover and cook 30 minutes. Add dash of sherry. Place in soup dishes, add cheese, heat at 250 degrees until cheese melts. May be microwaved.
