OUT OF THIS WORLD COTTAGE CHEESE SALAD 1 (6 oz.) lime Jell-O 2 c. boiling water 5 c. miniature marshmallows 1 (15 1/4 oz.) crushed pineapple, drained 15 cherries, chopped 1 c. pecans, chopped 1 (12 oz.) carton small curd cottage cheese 1 c. Cool Whip Dissolve gelatin in the 2 cups boiling water, add marshmallows. Stir until all are melted. Stir in pineapple. Chill until thick but not firm. Add cherries, pecans and cottage cheese. Fold in Cool Whip. Pour mixture into an oiled 2-quart mold. Chill until firm.
