HOT POTATO SALAD 6 or 7 medium potatoes 1 bunch green onions (tops and bottoms) 1 (8 oz.) container French onion dip 1 1/2 c. grated Cheddar cheese salt and pepper to taste paprika Boil potatoes with skins on until done, about 45 minutes to an hour. Peel and mash coarsely. Add French onion dip and mix. Chop onions finely and add. Add cheese, 1 cup; mix and spread in greased casserole dish. Spread remaining cheese on top and sprinkle with paprika. Bake at 350 degrees for about 30 minutes. It is very good if you can let it stay overnight in the refrigerator before baking.
