RUFFLY LEAF LETTUCE SALAD Dressing (Make Night Before): 1/4 c. oil 1/4 c. wine vinegar 1/4 c. sugar 1 tsp. Accent 1 tsp. salt Salad: 2 bunches ruffly leaf lettuce fresh mushrooms, sliced 1 c. slivered almonds 2 pkg. Top Ramen, browned in oil without seasoning Prepare the ingredients. Clean and dry lettuce (then tear up). Clean and slice mushrooms. Brown Top Ramen in oil (without seasoning). Mix together with dressing just before serving. Serves 14 to 16. (Does not keep.)
