CHRISTMAS ASPIC SALAD PART II Snowy Cheese Mold: 1 (12 oz.) cottage cheese 6 oz. cream cheese 1/2 c. finely chopped celery 2 Tbsp. chopped chives 1/4 tsp. salt 1 envelope gelatin 1/4 c. cold water 1 c. mayonnaise Beat cottage and cream cheese together until fluffy. Stir in celery, chives and salt. Soften gelatin in cold water; dissolve over hot water. Stir in cheese mixture. Add mayon- naise. Pour in 5-cup ring mold. Chill until firm.
