CORNED BEEF SALAD 1 can corned beef (12 oz.) 1 1/2 c. tomato juice 1 envelope unflavored gelatin 3 hard-boiled eggs, grated 1 Tbsp. minced onion 1 c. chopped celery 1/2 tsp. salt 1/2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce dash of pepper 1 c. mayonnaise Dissolve gelatin in tomato juice then heat. Crumble corned beef to remove any gristles. When mixed, put in 2 quart Pyrex dish.
