EGG-A-RONI SALAD 4 hard-cooked eggs, chopped 1/3 c. salad dressing 1/2 c. chopped sweet pickles 1/2 c. chopped celery 1/2 c. chopped green pepper 1 c. diced Swiss cheese 1/4 c. chopped pimento 1 c. cooked elbow macaroni salt and pepper to taste 4 tomatoes Combine ingredients except tomatoes. Refrigerate until cool. Scoop out centers of tomatoes and fill with cooled egg mixture. Yield: 4 servings.
