CUCUMBER CREAM SALAD 1 small pkg. lime jello 1 tsp. salt 1 c. boiling water 2 Tbsp. vinegar 1 tsp. grated onion dash of pepper 1 c. sour cream 1/2 c. mayonnaise 2 c. minced cucumbers Combine jello, salt, water, vinegar, onion and pepper. Mix and chill until very thick, but not set. Then blend in sour cream and mayonnaise until smooth. Fold in cucumbers and chill.
