MARINATED SALAD Assorted Vegetables: 1 head cauliflower, broken apart 2 or 3 carrots, sliced 2 stalks celery, sliced 1/2 c. sliced green onion 1/2 c. chopped green pepper Dressing: 2 c. mayonnaise 1/3 c. sugar 1 tsp. onion salt 1 tsp. garlic salt 1/4 tsp. ginger 1/4 tsp. dry mustard 1 tsp. white pepper 2 or 3 shakes soy sauce or Worcestershire sauce Mix dressing ingredients together and pour over vegeta- bles and marinate overnight. Leftover dressing may also be used on tossed salads.
