VEGETABLE SALAD 1 can LeSueur peas 1 can whole kernel corn 1 can French green beans 1 jar pimento, diced 1 medium onion, chopped 1 green pepper, chopped 2 sticks celery, chopped Drain all vegetables; add pimento, onion and peppers. Mix 1/2 cup vinegar, 1/2 cup oil, 3/4 cup sugar and 1 teaspoon salt. Boil on stove for 30 seconds. Put over salad. Put in covered dish and marinate 24 hours. Keep covered.
