HOT CHICKEN SALAD 2 cans (5 oz.) boned chicken 2 cans cream of chicken 1 small jar pimento 6 boiled eggs, chopped 2 c. chopped celery 4 Tbsp. chopped onion 1 c. mayonnaise 4 c. potato chips, crushed (save 1/2 c.) 2 Tbsp. lemon juice 1/2 c. sliced almonds Combine all together. Put in greased 9 x 13-inch dish or pan. Sprinkle top with the 1/2 cup of crushed chips. Bake at 400 degrees for 30 minutes.
