FROG EYE SALAD

1 c. acini de pepe 27
1 small can chunked pineapple
1 small can crushed pineapple
2 cans Mandarin oranges
3 eggs, beaten
1 c. sugar
3 Tbsp. flour
1 c. mini marshmallows

Drain fruit and reserve juices. Thicken juice with
eggs, sugar and flour. Mix and cook over medium heat until
thick. Remove from heat and cool. Add fruit to acini de pepe,
then add thickened mixture. Mix well and add marshmallows.
Refrigerate overnight. Add medium size Cool Whip; fold in
lightly. Serves a lot!
