ORANGE SHERBET SALAD 1 (6 oz.) pkg. orange pineapple Jell-O 1 c. boiling water 1 pt. orange sherbet, softened 1 (11 oz.) can Mandarin oranges with juice Dissolve Jell-O in boiling water. Add sherbet and mix until melted. Add oranges and juice. Pour into medium mold and let set until firm. Serves 8.
