FESTIVE LIME MOLD 2 small pkg. lime Jell-O or 1 large pkg. lime Jell-O 1 1/2 c. boiling water 1 1/2 c. cold water 1 pkg. miniature marshmallows 1 c. crushed pecans 1 small can crushed pineapple, drained 1 pkg. cream cheese, softened 1 small bottle maraschino cherries, drained 1/2 pt. whipped cream Dissolve Jell-O in boiling water. Add cold water. Add marshmallows and stir until partially dissolved. Whip the cheese and add to mixture. Set until partially jelled. Add pineapple, then fold in whipped cream and nuts. Space the cherries evenly on top. Chill until firm. Very colorful salad for Christmas.
