POTATO SALAD 5 to 6 baking potatoes 2 boiled eggs 2 to 3 stalks celery, cut into chunks 1/2 to 2/3 c. pickle relish medium onion, chopped small jar diced pimentos sugar salt and pepper to taste mayonnaise Boil potatoes in skin. When done, run cold water over to cool. Skin off peelings and cut into chunks. Put all ingredients in large bowl, except sugar and mayonnaise. After putting in bowl, sprinkle entire top with sugar and add enough mayonnaise to make mixable. Mash with hands. If too dry, add more mayonnaise.
