STRAWBERRY SALAD 2 c. pretzel crumbs 1 1/2 sticks margarine, melted 1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese 1 c. sugar 2 c. Cool Whip 2 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen strawberries 2 (3 oz.) pkg. strawberry Jell-O 2 c. boiling water Mix together pretzel crumbs and margarine. Pack in bottom of a 13 x 9 x 2-inch baking dish. Bake at 350 degrees for 15 minutes. Cool. Cream sugar and cream cheese together until smooth. Add Cool Whip. Pour evenly over pretzel crumb mix- ture. Dissolve Jell-O in boiling water. Add strawberries. Place Jell-O mixture in refrigerator until thickened slightly. Pour over cream cheese mixture. Place in refrigerator over- night.
