RALPH'S FAVORITE CRANBERRY MOLD

1 can (20 oz.) pineapple
chunks, drained (save
juice)
2 oranges, peeled and cut up
2 cans whole cranberry sauce
(16 oz.), mashed
1 (6 oz.) pkg. red gelatin
(any flavor is fine)
1 c. walnuts, coarsely chopped

Combine one cup pineapple juice with 1/4 cup water.
Heat; dissolve gelatin in it. Allow to thicken slightly in
fridge to consistency of egg whites. In the meantime cut up
oranges, pineapple and nuts. When gelatin is set slightly
(about one hour) combine with cranberry sauce, mashed; oranges,
pineapple and lastly the nuts. Pour into greased 10 to 12 cup
Bundt pan or use a plain tube pan. Allow to set overnight or
at least 8 to 10 hours.
