BROCCOLI SOUP (Fast Gourmet) 2 pkg. frozen, chopped broccoli 3 cans cream of mushroom soup 3 cans whole milk (to rinse 3 empty soup cans) 2 Tbsp. margarine 1 roll jalapeno pepper cheese (small or 1/2 roll for nonpepper hot taste) 1 medium onion, grated or chopped Saute onion in margarine. Cook broccoli as on package and drain. Set broccoli aside, add to onion, soup and milk, then cheese. Add broccoli last. Freezes well.
