CHICKEN/SAUSAGE GUMBO 2 onions 1 bell pepper 1/2 lb. Savoie Pork Tasso 3 lb. Savoie hot pork sausage 1 whole cut chicken salt pepper Tony's Creole seasonings Boil half pot of water. After it's boiled, add 1/2 jar Savoie Roux. Let boil for 1 hour. Empty onions and bell peppers in. Add sausage, let cook for about 30 minutes, also Tasso. Add chicken. Let boil for 1 hour. Add salt, pepper and Tony's Creole seasonings to taste. Serves 4 to 6.
