TOSSED SHRIMP-EGG SALAD 8 c. torn mixed salad greens 6 hard-cooked eggs, quartered 1 lb. peeled and deveined cooked shrimp 10 to 12 cherry tomatoes 1/4 c. minced parsley 1 1/2 c. mayonnaise 1/2 c. chili sauce Combine salad greens, eggs, shrimp, tomatoes and celery. Toss gently and sprinkle with parsley. Combine mayonnaise and chili sauce, mixing well. Serve over salad. Serves 6.
