TOMATO AND BROCCOLI SALAD 2 bunches broccoli 2 tomatoes 1/4 c. onion, grated 1/2 c. chopped olives 1/2 c. chopped celery Dressing: 1 c. mayonnaise 2 Tbsp. milk 2 Tbsp. lemon juice 1 tsp. sugar 1 tsp. salt 1/4 tsp. pepper Steam and blanch broccoli so it will be bright green in color. Crisp, yet not raw. Chop broccoli and tomatoes in coarse size pieces. Add grated onions, chopped olives and celery. Season with salt, pepper, onion powder and celery salt to taste. Toss with dressing and chill for at least 1 hour.
