FRESH GARDEN SALAD 2 c. uncooked elbow macaroni 2 c. diced, cooked ham 1 c. diced Cheddar cheese 1 c. cooked peas 1 c. torn lettuce 1 large tomato, chopped 1/2 c. diced green pepper 1/4 c. minced onion 2 hard-cooked eggs, chopped 3/4 c. bottled Italian dressing 1 tsp. salt 1/4 tsp. pepper Cook macaroni according to package directions. Drain. Combine macaroni with remaining ingredients. Cover and chill. Serves 6 to 8.
