CREAMY MUSTARD DRESSING 1/2 c. oil 1/4 c. white wine vinegar 2 cloves garlic, minced 1/2 tsp. brown sugar 1/2 tsp. salt 1/2 tsp. thyme 1/8 tsp. pepper 2 tsp. Dijon mustard 3 Tbsp. heavy cream or sour cream Mix all ingredients in a jar and shake well. Keep refrigerated. Makes about 1 cup.
