TOFU BLUE CHEESE DRESSING 4 oz. fresh tofu (soybean curd) 1/2 c. low-fat milk 1 Tbsp. mayonnaise 1/4 c. parsley leaves 1 Tbsp. white wine vinegar 1 clove garlic, mashed 1/4 c. crumbled Blue cheese or to taste Put all ingredients in the blender and blend until smooth.
