STRAWBERRY NUT SALAD

2 pkg. strawberry gelatin
1 c. boiling water
2 pkg. frozen strawberries,
thawed
1 can crushed pineapple,
drained (flat)
2 mashed bananas
1/2 c. chopped nuts
1 carton sour cream

Dissolve gelatin with boiling water. Add thawed straw-
berries, drained pineapple, bananas and nuts. Pour half this
mixture into 9 x 13-inch dish and let congeal for 1 1/2 to 2
hours. (Will not hurt to leave rest of mixture out on coun-
ter.) Gently spoon carton of sour cream of top of congealed
layer. Then pour rest of mixture on top of sour cream.
Congeal for several hours or overnight.
