POTATO SALAD 10 potatoes, cut in chunks and boiled 5 eggs (hard-boiled) 1 large pickle, chopped 3/4 can black olives, chopped 4 pieces bacon, cooked and chopped mayonnaise 1 Tbsp. mustard salt and pepper to flavor Boil potatoes until tender; add eggs (cut-up), chopped pickles, olives and bacon. Add mayonnaise until moist and 1 tablespoon of mustard. Mix well. Salt and pepper to flavor.
