7-UP SALAD 2 small pkg. lemon Jell-O 1 c. boiling water 1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese 2 small 7-Ups (or 1 large) small can crushed pineapple 1/2 to 1 c. chopped pecans 1 tsp. vanilla green cake coloring Mix together Jell-O, boiling water and cream cheese. Beat with electric mixer until cream cheese is well blended. Add 7-Up, crushed pineapple, pecans, vanilla and drop coloring to blend to a light green. Pour in pan and let congeal in refrigerator. Cut in squares and top with mayonnaise (if desired).
