SKILLET HAM SALAD 1/4 c. green onions 1/2 c. chopped bell peppers 2 c. diced, cooked ham 1 Tbsp. margarine 1/4 tsp. salt dash of pepper 3 or 4 medium diced, cooked potatoes 1/4 c. mayonnaise 1 1/2 c. diced cheese Cook onions, peppers and ham in hot shortening. Stir until meat is brown. Add potatoes, salt, pepper and mayon- naise. Heat lightly. Stir in cheese until melted. Garnish with pepper.
