STRAWBERRY GELATIN SALAD

2 boxes strawberry jello
1 envelope unflavored gelatin
1 c. boiling water
2 (10 oz.) boxes frozen
strawberries, thawed
1 can crushed pineapple,
drained
1 c. chopped pecans
2 cartons sour cream

Open pineapple and let drain. Chop pecans; combine
jello and unflavored gelatin. mix well. Add boiling water.
Stir until all is dissolved. Add strawberries, pineapple and
pecans to jello and mix well. Lightly grease a sheet cake pan
with Pam, shortening or margarine. Pout 1/2 of jello mixture
into greased dish and refrigerate until set, about 15 minutes.
Do not refrigerate the other half. When jello is set, spoon
sour cream over it and spread gently and evenly. Spoon rest of
jello over sour cream and spread to cover the sour cream.
Chill until set.
