CREAM OF CAULIFLOWER SOUP

2 small peeled potatoes
1 small onion
2 celery stalks
1 carrot
1/2 large head cauliflower
1 stick butter or margarine
4 Tbsp. flour
2 c. milk
4 chicken bouillon cubes

Cut up potatoes, onion, celery and carrot. Boil in
water in medium-size pan until tender. Save water. Steam
cauliflower until tender. Melt butter or margarine and add
flour, bouillon cubes and milk. Stir until thick. Add vegeta-
bles and potato water until right consistency.
