FRUIT SALAD 2 medium oranges, peeled and sectioned 2 medium apples, cored and cut into chunks 4 c. shredded lettuce 1/2 c. chopped celery 2 medium bananas, sliced 1 c. broken pecans 1 c. halved cherry tomatoes 1/3 c. mayonnaise 2 Tbsp. prepared mustard 1/4 tsp. celery seed 1/4 c. whipping cream In a mixing bowl toss together the oranges and apples. Cover and chill. Combine the shredded lettuce and celery in lettuce-lined serving bowl. Cover and chill. At serving time, toss fruit mixture with sliced bananas. Transfer fruit mixture with a slotted spoon to the lettuce-lined serving bowl, arrang- ing evenly over shredded lettuce mixture. Sprinkle pecans atop. Arrange tomato halves atop salad. Garnish with celery leaves and cherry tomato rose, if desired. For dressing, combine mayonnaise, whipping cream, mustard and celery seed. Pour over fruit mixture and toss gently to coat ingredients. Makes 8 to 10 servings.
