CAULIFLOWER SALAD

1 head cauliflower
1/4 c. green onions
1/4 c. radishes
1 can sliced chestnuts

Wash and drain cauliflower. Break into small bite-size
pieces. Chop the onions and radishes and add to drained
chestnuts and cauliflower.

Dressing:
1 pkg. dry Hidden Valley salad
dressing mix
1 c. mayonnaise
1 c. sour cream
Mix with salad and let stand in icebox for 3 hours.
