SPINACH SALAD

1 (1 lb.) pkg. fresh spinach
4 hard-boiled eggs, cut up
1 pkg. fresh mushrooms, sliced
7 slices bacon, fried and
diced
1 large red onion, sliced very
thin and left in rings
croutons for topping
(optional)

Dressing: For Spinach Salad
1/2 c. sugar
1 c. oil
1/3 c. catsup
1/4 c. vinegar
3 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce

Mix dressing and put in refrigerator. Wash spinach and
break into bite-size; mix rest of the ingredients in a large
serving bowl. Do not pour dressing over top. When just ready
to eat, pour dressing over top. Hold some back so salad will
not swim in dressing. It can be used later.
