SLOVENIAN POTATO SALAD 6 medium potatoes 1 medium onion, sliced thin 1/4 c. cider vinegar 3 Tbsp. salad oil 1/2 tsp. salt 1/8 tsp. pepper Boil potatoes in jackets until cooked. Drain and let stand until cool. Remove skins. Slice thin into a salad bowl. Add salt and pepper, then sliced onion, oil and vinegar. Toss gently and serve.
