KRAZY KRAUT SALAD 1 (No. 2 1/2) can kraut or 2 (No. 303) cans chopped kraut 1 c. chopped celery 1 medium chopped onion 1 bell pepper, chopped 1 small jar chopped pimentos 1 1/4 c. salad oil 1 1/2 c. sugar 1 1/4 c. vinegar Wash and drain kraut; squeeze out water with hands. Mix all chopped vegetables with kraut. Mix oil, vinegar and sugar; stir until sugar is dissolved. Pour over vegetables and toss thoroughly. Better if sets overnight in refrigerator. Will keep 7 to 10 days in refrigerator.
