HOT TURKEY SALAD 4 c. chopped turkey 1 tsp. salt 1 c. diced celery 3/4 c. chopped English walnuts 3/4 c. chopped green pepper 1 c. mayonnaise 1 can cream of chicken soup 4 hard boiled eggs, chopped 3/4 c. crushed potato chips Combine all ingredients except potato chips. Place in a greased 2 1/2 quart casserole dish. Top with crushed potato chips. Bake at 350 degrees for 25 to 30 minutes. Chicken may be used instead of turkey.
