MACARONI SALAD 8 oz. elbow macaroni 3 Tbsp. white vinegar 3 Tbsp. sugar 1/4 tsp. salt 1/8 tsp. pepper 1 tsp. celery seed 1/2 tsp. prepared mustard 1 c. mayonnaise 1 small onion, chopped 1 medium bell pepper, chopped 1 can tuna fish, drained Cook macaroni according to directions on package; drain. Make dressing of vinegar, sugar, salt, pepper, celery seed, mustard and mayonnaise. Add onion, bell pepper and tuna fish to dressing. Toss with macaroni. Chill several hours before serving.
