POTATO SOUP 2 Tbsp. butter 1/3 c. chopped onion 4 c. milk potato flakes Place butter in saucepan. Add chopped onion. Cook until soft. Add milk. Use medium heat until milk is hot, but not boiling. Turn off heat and stir in potato flakes to desired consistency. Season with salt and pepper to taste. Makes about 4 servings. For 8 servings, double recipe.
