SPAGHETTI SAUCE 1/4 c. celery, chopped 1/2 c. onion, chopped 1/3 c. oil 2 Tbsp. parsley 1 (8 oz.) can mushrooms 6 oz. tomato paste bay leaf 1/2 tsp. oregano 2 c. hot water In oil, brown celery, onion, parsley and mushrooms. Put in tomato paste and bay leaf, oregano and water. Simmer for at least 1 hour. The longer, the better!
