POPPY SEED DRESSING

1/3 c. honey
1 tsp. salt
2 Tbsp. vinegar
1 Tbsp. prepared mustard
3/4 c. salad oil
1 Tbsp. finely chopped onion
2 to 3 tsp. poppy seed

Salad:
romaine lettuce
oranges
red onions

In a pint jar, blend honey, salt, vinegar and mustard.
Gradually add salad oil, stirring to blend thoroughly. Stir in
onion and poppy seed. Cover and chill for several hours to
blend flavors. Shake well before using. Serve over romaine
salad with oranges (peeled and sliced in circles) and red
onions (peeled and sliced in thin rings).
