CREAM OF BROCCOLI SOUP 1 1/2 c. chicken broth 1/4 c. chopped onions 3 Tbsp. butter 3 Tbsp. flour 1/4 tsp. salt few dashes pepper 1 1/2 c. milk 2 c. chopped broccoli Combine chicken broth, onion and broccoli.
