LITE LUNCHEON SALAD

1 (7 oz.) pkg. Creamettes
elbow macaroni (2 c.
uncooked)
1 (7 oz.) can tuna in water,
drained and flaked
4 slices Lite-line pasteurized
process cheese, cut into
small pieces
1/2 c. chopped green pepper
2 Tbsp. chopped pimiento
6 Tbsp. low-calorie Italian
dressing
2 Tbsp. lemon juice
1 or 2 Tbsp. prepared
horseradish
1/2 tsp. garlic salt
2 Tbsp. chopped parsley
8 medium tomatoes, cut into
wedges, cutting to, but not
through, bases

Prepare Creamettes macaroni according to package direc-
tions. Drain. In large mixing bowl, combine all ingredients
except tomatoes; mix well. Chill thoroughly. Serve in toma-
toes. Makes 8 servings. Prepared as directed, provides
approximately 180 calories per serving.
