CHRISTMAS SALAD

1 (3 oz.) pkg. cherry jello
1 c. sugar
1 orange, ground
1 c. raw cranberries, ground
1 c. chopped celery
1 c. drained crushed pineapple
1 c. hot water
1 Tbsp. lemon juice
1 c. juice from pineapple (add
water to make 1 c. if not
enough)
1/2 c. chopped English walnuts

Dissolve jello in hot water, add sugar, lemon juice,
pineapple juice, stir to dissolve. Chill until partially set.
Fold in remaining ingredients. Chill in oiled molds or casse-
role (shallow) until firm.
