SYLVIA'S STEW 2 potatoes, diced 3 carrots, sliced 2 onions, chopped 2 lb. stew meat (1 inch cubes) salt and pepper to taste 1 can lima beans 1 can corn 1 pkg. onion gravy mix 1 Tbsp. beef bouillon Cook stew eat 1 hour with 2 cups water. Add potatoes, carrots, onion, bouillon, salt and pepper. Cook 1 hour on low heat or until vegetables are tender. Add corn and lima beans. Sprinkle contents of onion gravy mix over ingredients and stir. If necessary add more water. The stew should be thick rather than watery.
