ENGLISH PEA SALAD 1/2 head lettuce 1 can water chestnuts, drained 1 c. chopped green onions and tops 1 c. chopped celery 1 pkg. small frozen English peas Cut up lettuce, then layer chestnuts, onions, celery and peas.
