ALL SEASONS VEGETABLE SALAD

2 c. broccoli flowerets
2 c. cauliflowerets
2 medium zucchini, thinly
sliced
2 c. jicama, turnip or white
radishes, match stick cut
2 c. carrots, match stick cut
2 small onions, cut thin
wedges
1/4 c. lemon juice
2/3 c. corn oil
salt and pepper to taste

Mix all vegetables together. In a small jar with lid,
place lemon juice, oil, salt and pepper. Shake well. Pour
over vegetables and coat thoroughly.
