PAULINE'S OYSTER SALAD

2 cans oysters (light)
1 large jar or can pimentos
1 doz. hard-boiled eggs
3 medium sour or dill pickles
1 (1/2 lb.) box white crackers
1 small jar mustard
1 Tbsp. sugar
salt to taste
vinegar to moisten
1/2 c. pecans or more

Put oysters, pimentos, eggs, pickles and crackers
through food chopper using medium blade. Use 1/2 box of crack-
ers in chopper. Add salt and vinegar to taste. Add 1/2 cup
chopped nuts or more. Serve with crackers or it may be served
as an individual salad on a lettuce leaf with olive on top.
